About Emerson
I am an HBO student who has planned out his entire day every day for the last 3 years. During that time I have found many different ways of planning, so there is bound to be something that also works for you. I also spent a lot of time putting good habits into my life and getting rid of my bad habits such as procrastination. I have tested this with some friends in recent months and they are now more organized and have a better overview of when they really have free time. Furthermore, they read more and are and are often in the gym.

In my lesson we first look at what you want to get out of it and then I walk you through how you can achieve that. First we look at what your week normally looks like and then we go through a step-by-step plan that I made by organizing your week so that you have time to do the things you want to do. Organizing a day can also be done via a screen sharing program such as Discord. If you are not looking for a schedule, but want to get rid of procrastination for example or you want to go to the gym more often than depending on what you want I give you a few options to try and then we choose one. A week later, when you have the time, we'll talk again to see how it went. If everything goes well great keep going, if not we look carefully at what we will do differently until you reach your goal.

Emerson is een vriendelijke jonge man waar je makkelijk mee kunt praten. Hij is bereidt om iedereen te helpen met persoonlijke doelen die jij zelf opstelt. Zo heeft Emerson mij goed geholpen met het leren van plannen, waardoor ik heb geleerd om efficiënt met mijn tijd om te gaan. De methode waar Emerson veel gebruik van maakt, is dat hij alles in kleine stappen verdeelt. Dit heb ik persoonlijk als erg prettig ervaren.
Emerson is zeer vaardig in het toepassen van simpele opdrachten om orde in je leven aan te brengen. Hij heeft me geholpen om tijd te vinden waar ik dacht het niet te hebben, en die tijd ook goed te besteden aan dingen waar ik daadwerkelijk baat bij heb. Verder ook gewoon een vriendelijke jongen en makkelijk om mee te praten.
