Health Promotion Masters student looking to share everything I know in areas of health such as exercise, behaviour change, weight loss, diet and exercise.

I worked with Selena to improve my overall fitness and health. Drawing on the experience she has gained through attendance and participation in a wide range of health and fitness classes, she was able to draw me up an exercise plan that was perfectly tailored to my desires, abilities and attributes. Needless to say I began to see results fairly early into the plan. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking to lose weight and to improve their fitness and martial arts ability.

Selena is really great and motivating in the way she teaches, I’ve learnt so much, and thoroughly enjoy each session. She’s helped me to lose 15 kg through expert advice on diet and exercise, and mentored me throughout my weight loss, and kept me accountable. I feel great and would definitely recommend!!
