About Soledad
I am a health/ well being tutor who has been giving lectures on positive thinking over 6 years now. Have taught not only students but people who have given up on life and am glad to say they always come out stronger and better. Depression and post traumatic stress disorder was diagnosed in some of my clients after a thorough evaluation done by me. There's nothing in this life that kills faster than those 2 factors. Keep a positive mind always and stay WOKE.

Am a health instrutor who loves seeing the best in people and assisting them in achieving their goals. I give lectures to all calibres of people including students, marital spouse, singles, youths, entrepreneurs etc. I love a structured class and believe everyone to be matured enough to understand what I teach. I flow more with my clients after a better understanding of their personality and my environment.
