About Pramda
I became interested in yoga because of the physical benefits but the mental and spiritual benefits were too evident to be ignored. I finished my yoga teacher training during the weekends while attending college during the weekdays, what kept me motivated was my desire to share this beautiful experience with other people. I was a medical student before dropping out, but I managed to attend all the anatomy and dissection classes so my understanding of the human body is very good. Like Steve Jobs said- the dots only connect looking backwards.

My focus is on alignment and on helping my students develop a more rounded yoga practice that is doable for an everyday person. My classes are great for beginners as I try to simplify complex yogic concepts, and provide a foundation for vinyasa or other forms of yoga down the line.
My classes consist of asanas, pranayamas and meditation. I also try to sprinkle in yogic philosophy. My classes are tailored to the needs and personality of each student.
