About Navon
Hello, I am a third year Communications student in Canada. I previously worked as a private tutor in my high school where I taught academic English and writing essays. Having aced all my ESL classes and IELTS, I know what students need to learn in order to improve their English, academic writing or just fluency in general.

I like to teach in the way that make things easy to understand, remember and apply in real life. Years of tutoring experience have shown me that many student understand the course material, but struggle to turn their diligence in learning the information into excellent grades when it comes time to take the test. Most academics ignore this reality.
Second, I am used to teach in classes full of students of different backgrounds and know that everyone has their own way of understanding. Hence, individual one to one learning is very important. At the beginning, I like to discuss the student's own goals their learning style so I can quickly plan for the next steps forward!
