About Sandra
Hello! I am excited about helping you improve your confidence with English. My teaching philosophy is that no student should be left behind, afraid to express themselves and uncomfortable in the classroom. As much as I enjoy teaching, I also enjoy learning from my students and creating a learning environment that is suitable for the student. I have an undergraduate degree in International Studies from Stellenbosch University, a postgraduate degree in Economic and Management Sciences and I am currently pursuing my Master's degree. I have tutored students with differing proficiencies, in various academic grades and learners with learning disabilities. It is for this reason that I am confident that I am suitable to teach any student on this platform.

I offer English lessons including but not limited to test preparation assistance, reading, creative and academic writing grammar and literature revision. I am able to teach in IsiZulu and English but can understand and have conversation in the rest of the official South African languages. Students can expect reciprocal learning teaching style where we help each other, motivate each other and assist each other in achieving academic goals. I understand that every student learns differently therefore, I tailor the lessons specifically for each student.
