About Ife
I have previously tutored EAL students, and have worked as a Mentor and Personal Advisor. I have assisted students with speaking, reading & writing English and supported many people with University applications, proof reading essays etc. As a former Performance Poet I have used these skills to help students engage in rhythmic repetition which aids memorising words.

Although I hold a B.A(Hons) in Development and two Masters in the Arts, I do not perceive these to be particularly relevant to my teaching skills. My experience working with people from diverse backgrounds in a non judgemental and anti-oppressive manner is. I have clear and concise communication skills patience, creative and adaptable in my lessons.
I thoroughly enjoy assisting people to improve their command of the English language. I have experience in supporting beginners and intermediate learners with speaking, reading and writing English. Tutoring will be via skype, email and mobile for students who are time limited and wish to improve their conversational skills.
My lessons are designed around your needs and goals. Once your learning preference has been identified, you will be invited to contribute to your lesson plan to ensure your objectives are met. I look forward to meeting you.
