About Amy
I am a Nottingham Trent University graduate in English Literature and currently work as an English LPA at Ashfield Comprehensive, supporting students from Year 7 to 11, including those with SEN. My own journey into education has shaped the teacher I am today; as a student, I struggled at times and needed additional support myself. With the right guidance, I was able to grow in confidence, achieve my goals, and go on to study English at university. This experience is at the heart of why I teach—I know how much difference the right support can make.
