About John
Have enjoyed teaching piano and keyboards for 25 years ,and hope my students have enjoyed the lessons. I have also played at stage schools,In local groups,improvised for silent movies, played for ballet classes,and written brass and piano music,-so I feel I have a lot of experience to offer.

Although I have taught piano groups,my preferred method of teaching is one-one, where I follow the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music Syllabus when teaching beginners classical or jazz piano.
If a student is more experienced I will tailor the lessons to the needs of the student.
