My Teaching Method & Techniques
I don't believe in long, dry lectures. Instead, I use a framework called Guided Learning, which focuses on active participation and critical thinking.
For Kids (English)
Gamification & Storytelling: I turn grammar and vocabulary into adventures, mysteries, or games.
Positive Reinforcement: High energy, lots of virtual high-fives, and encouraging feedback to build confidence.
Scaffolding: Breaking big concepts (like sentence structure) into tiny, bite-sized pieces that are easy to digest.
For Young Adults (Social Studies)
The "Why" Over the "What": Instead of making students memorize dates, I use inquiry-based learning. We look at why events happened and how they connect to the world today.
