About Basit
My names are Abdulbasit Ahmed. I currently attend columbia college as a business major and a minor in academic writing. My first language is english and that has been proven in my IELTS which i took a couple of years ago. i scored an 8/9 which basically means i'm fluent. I haven't taught professionally but i have tutored my friends who speak different languages so i do have that bit of experience. Why would i tell you that? because i'm human, i'm not perfect. I'm really good at english but I don't have professional experience in teaching. hopefully we can exchange value off one another and become better people as a result of our interactions

why let me teach you? I'm not going to overload my students with a general curriculum. every student has individual needs and i cater to them specifically. you have a goal i help you reach that goal simple as that.
A lesson would start off by us reviewing work i asked you to do. practice makes perfect so the first thing we do is look at what you need to improve on.When that is done we will go through the content for the day it will be interactive and you will be an integral part of that process. finally a light hearted quiz to make sure you understood the lesson.
my methodology is unique because it's active i want you to reach your goals of improving your english and lead a better life. Plus I am 20 years old so believe me the lessons will not be boring at all but enjoyable, interactive and crystal clear.
