This course is aimed for people who did sport years ago or for those who have never tried.
Firstly I'll help you to love a sport, but you should know that I'm not so soft in teaching, because if you want to achieve great results you need to put a lot of efforts, also i'll become your friend. In my case the most important things is a discipline.
