Lesson / pack payment deadlines

Have you scheduled a lesson or a pack on the platform? Here is a time frame for payments:

Payments for your lessons:

24 hours after the date of the lesson: you will receive the amount on your balance

3 working days after the date of the lesson: you will receive the amount on your balance

Payment deadlines for your packs

As soon as the pack is validated, your student makes their payment in full.

The first instalment (50%) is transferred to your Superprof balance once the first lesson has been completed and validated in our system. The money is then transferred to your bank account or Paypal account within 3 working days.

To receive the second instlament, you need to program and complete all remaining hours of the pack via the Superprof lesson booking platform.

If you're an Ambassador, payment will be visible on your Superprof balance as soon as the first lesson is completed, then within 3 working days it will be transferred to your bank account or Paypal account.
