About Lauren
I have tried so many sports but rollerskating has stuck for good reasons. It lets you be silly! It really is a sport for fun. It's a sport that you can carry on throughout your life and I have every intention to. You win by doing it. By that I mean there is no pressure just practice and no competition just progress. It takes a lot of focus, which means you relax in other areas of your mind.

My lessons will tailor to your experience and goals. Rollerskating is a free sport so there's no pressure from me, let's get you comfortable and enjoying it knowing you're making progress. Street skating, and jam and JB. (I mostly love to dance on my skates) Can coach to individual tricks and skills, provide intermittent skills or drills, a tailored roller workout routine or establish the basics with all the advice needed to keep you safe.
