About Tayur
My name is Tayur Moodley, a first-year university student. Throughout matric I assisted many of my peers in learning and better understanding many topics. I felt a great sense of satisfaction being able to improve their grasp of the subject. Being able to help others is something I’ve always enjoyed and being a tutor would provide me a platform to do so on a greater scale. I really do enjoy the work I teach, so be prepared for over-enthusiasm each time we meet!

I’ll be interactive as possible, always ensuring that the learners fully understand concepts before continuing on to the next. I hope to also build an environment where learners are comfortable with asking any questions they may have, perhaps even leading them to think beyond what they have before and dive deeper into specific topics. I’d make sure for our learning period that my attention and energy is directed totally towards improving the learners' understanding and confidence regarding the subject. I would also do preparation beforehand on work the student would like to cover to ensure that I am best equipped for our lesson.
