About Hong
Chinese origin with UK and France background. I speak 4 languages and I play the piano and can sing and dance well. I eat the best fresh food each day and want to pass my knowledge to anyone who values good Chinese food.

Cook from scratch with fresh ingredients, I also love wild herbs and vegetables such as rocket and dandelion and chives from my garden. Wild garlic from the woodland. I use extra virgin oil and free-range eggs and all the best quality sources.

Hi,
I had piano lessons with Hong for two years before Covid. Hong is a very good teacher. She made me feel not just any student and I saw her more as a person to work with to improve my playing and understand music theory. I never felt stressed going to her lessons. If I had not practice enough she would give me the right push to progress. I passed grade 3. I have not resumed my piano lessons yet because I work on care but I will very soon and definitely with Hong.
