About Iren
Born of russian mother and hungarian father in Riga.
Before coming to in 2016 London lived for 6 years in Geneva and 5 years in Zurich.
Master of Fine art with specialisation in observation/academical drawing or as they call it in England: life study.
One of the best in domaine.
Latvian Academy of Fine Arts the Department of Graphic Arts graduate.
Have a degree in etching too.
Best at figurative art, drawing human's body and face.
My lessons are very intensive as I am giving the principles of drawing right at the beginning, same principles you would apply wether you draw a human body or a flower right at the start.
My favourite artists are Lucas Cranach the Younger and Boticelli, Durer and George de la Tour. I like the art which looks rather mystical. I saw some landscape painting which I absolutely admire: so masterful, so vibrant, so fresh, so full of life, but still a little boring maybe because they are too straight forward, I am not sure :)
