About Millie
I am a high level tennis player, having competed on a college team in America on a scholarship in 2019. Since a young age, I spent many hours in the gym training hard for my sport. I now coach tennis at my local club so have experience teaching a range of ages.
I currently train my family members and have seen brilliant results.

My teaching method is to keep things basic. Using very little equipment, my coaching aims to help amateurs of any age improve their physical fitness.
Having achieved a certificate of higher education in Sports Therapy at Bournemouth University, I am confident in providing tailored exercise routines, specific to each persons individual needs.
