About Lily
As a student I disliked being thrown work without knowing how to do so. I'll give very detailed explanations, be fair towards all students, and treat them with the same respect I want. However, in terms of being a straight forward class.. no we will also have discussions and fun time.

I'm not going to be a very strict teacher, most work i'll be teaching is easy, but will make kids think. I'll plan my lessons a week in advance (explain lesson, watch video, give activity/ worksheet, take a minor quiz). I'm hoping I can teacher kids anywhere from 3-5 grade.
