I explain things step by step, use clear examples, and switch between English and Spanish whenever it makes the lesson easier to understand. Even though I’m a high-school student, earning the NYSSB shows the work I’ve put into my communication skills and my dedication to learning. I like to teach in a way that feels calm and easy to follow. I break things down, use real examples, use repetition/flashcards, and switch between English and Spanish whenever it helps things make more sense. A normal session is just us checking in, going over one clear goal, and making sure you walk away actually understanding it, not just guessing. What sets me apart is that I’m a high-school student with the NYSSB, I've passed all three Spanish courses before graduation, so I really get the rhythm, stress, and pace of school right now. I explain things the way students think, not in a complicated, almost teacher-y way. My lessons are for middle and high-school students who want patient, friendly support without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
