About Joe Houze
Joe is a yoga therapist whose life was forever transformed by yoga, breathing practices and meditation. After years of struggling with anxiety and panic attacks, Joe discovered the profound impact of these practices for stretching him out, soothing his nervous system, calming his mind and restoring a much-needed sense of peace. Joe has spent the last 6 years on a mission to learn as much as possible about yoga, breath work, and meditation completing the following trainings. - Professional Diploma in Yoga Therapy; - Yoga Therapy for Stress and Anxiety; - 200hr Yoga Teacher Training; - SOMA Breath level 1 and level 2 (advanced) Instructor Training; - Restore Your Prana Breath Work Training; - Meditation Teacher Training; and - Yoga Nidra Teacher Training. Now, Joe’s combines presence, compassion, safety and the education provided to him by many amazing teachers in all of the classes he teaches. The belief that underpins all he does: ‘Peace, calm, and ease resides within all of us. Yoga simply supports us in reconnecting with it’.
