About Keelan
I am passionate about History and Geography, and have extensive education experience in both. I attended Cambridge University, experiencing first-hand the invaluable method of 1-1 tutoring. Happy to problem solve with work you're doing at school/college and even university as a lesson opener.
Core of lessons will revolve around key topics that can be broad like 'the History of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade' or as narrow as the 'British invasion of Saint-Domingue (Haiti) during the French Revolution.' How broad or specific is up to you and what you need!
In advance of lessons I will share relevant material, which will help you prepare and get the most out of what we discuss. I am happy for you to bring questions from your reading but will also ask questions of my own to get you thinking about the material. You are also welcome to share material with me you'd like to go over.
Ideally our lessons would be one hour but happy to do shorter lessons or extend lessons where necessary.
I have five years experience tutoring as part of a small company and further experience in coordinating education programmes.
I am happy to help those studying GCSE, A-Levels, applying to Oxbridge and those doing an undergraduate degree (History only).
