I am an undergraduate student studying history at the University of Bath with a proven track record of academic success, particularly in high-pressure examination settings. Beyond academics, I am deeply committed to personal discipline and physical fitness. I hold a black belt in karate and consistently maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. I primarily focus on making sure a student understands the content of the topics and is then able to apply it through planning the structure of an essay—the method that helped me achieve an A* in A level History. I believe essay planning is at the heart of getting high marks in history, and I will ensure you develop the ability to plan and produce high-level essays. My lessons are typically 1–2 hours long (flexible depending on your needs) and are aimed at both GCSE and A Level students. I achieved an A* in A level History and have tutored peers during sixth form namely in regards to how to structure essays. My teaching style is supportive, focused, and tailored to each student, ensuring that lessons build confidence and exam-ready skills.
