About Daya
Hi! I’m Daya. I’m a Chemical Engineering student. I’ll be tutoring and helping with your homework in mathematics for Primary and lower secondary.
I believe the essence to be a great teacher is to be a great learner. The subject I prefer tutoring is math as I’m also a student, and I’m aware many people struggle with it. With my experience in that subject, I would like to try my best to make you understand the subject so you can score well!
I am someone who knows what it takes to work hard and navigate the frustrations of learning mathematics. I focus on building a safe, supportive, and low-pressure environment where it is completely okay to make mistakes while we figure out the logic together.
Languages: I can understand and speak a bit of Mandarin and I can teach in Malay too :)

The sessions can be conducted weekly twice or once (1hr per session). Your first lesson will be free!
I would be tutoring and helping with your homework. Students can choose if they wish to get help with their homework in between those sessions or would prefer fully just tutoring. I would respond to additional questions or doubts via text messages or emails outside of the tutoring sessions.
All of the tutoring sessions will be conducted online via google meet.
