About Lisa
I am an experienced HLTA and children’s mental health lead. I have taught across KS2 for over 19 years covering PPA and class shares and now focusing on delivering 1:1 wellbeing support to young people and their families. I am a Drawing and Talking Therapist as well as having experience with sand therapy and a mental health first aider.

Supporting and maintaining our mental health and wellbeing is imperative to living a happy and fulfilling life. We cannot access anything until we are in a state of reasonable contentment. Stress and anxiety can hinder us in so many ways and in extreme cases can consume us. I am able to provide some strategies to support you in your time of need as well as working towards prioritising your wellbeing from day to day. I am also available to support with primary curriculum. I have worked as a HLTA and children’s mental health lead in a school for over 10 years.
