About Alta
I have a BA in Journalism and Media Studies, and an Honours, Masters and PhD in Political Science. I have been teaching in various areas of Polital Science to undergraduate and post-graduate students for 10 years.

My teaching method is to be well prepared myself, to make use of relevant examples to put a concept into a context of understanding. Learning is more than simply remembering information, the key is to understand the information. I approach topics by firstly broadly defining what is being covered, where it comes from, etc. Followed by trying to understand and even question existing knowledge on the topic.
