About Ella
I’m a piano teacher with 3 years’ experience teaching over 30 children aged 4–18. I currently teach at Crescendo Academy in South Woodford, where my students have a 100% ABRSM pass rate, and I also offer private home-visit piano lessons for children in North London.
I have played piano for over 20 years.
I currently offer home-visit lessons in NW3, NW5, NW11 and surrounding North London areas such as Hampstead, Belsize Park, Gospel Oak, Golders Green, Swiss Cottage, Finchely Road and Highgate. Sibling lessons can also be arranged back-to-back in the same visit.
I am now taking on new students for September. I am also opening a small number of July summer lesson slots for beginners, siblings, or children who would like to continue playing over the holidays.

My lessons are structured, engaging and tailored to each child’s age and level, with a focus on strong musical foundations, clear progression and enjoyment of music. I teach beginners through to graded exam preparation, including ABRSM where appropriate.
Lessons are tailored to each child’s age, level and learning style, with a balance of technique, musical understanding and creativity.
For younger beginners, I focus on making lessons engaging and age-appropriate while building strong foundations in rhythm, note reading and practice habits. But most importantly, we have fun!
