About Tom
I'm offering GUITAR, BASS and SINGING lessons for all ages in Leeds.
With years of playing, performing and teaching experience, I have developed a strong passion to share music with others.
I've taught at multiple schools, helping multiple students through music exams. I have experience teaching guitar, bass and vocals from Beginner to Intermediate. Fully CRB checked and Grade 8 (Rockschool) in guitar.
Being a full time musician performing at weddings and corporate events, I have first hand knowledge of performing in front of audiences. This helps me give advice to any budding performers!

Whether it's electric or acoustic, rock or pop, I base my lessons around each student and their preferred tastes in music. I regularly lean toward the Rockschool syllabus as a guide as it offers a range of styles covering grades 1-8, but I'll often try and get the students' favourite songs or bands into the lessons to keep it fun!
I do inject theory into my lessons for any students wishing to progress through grades, however not everyone wants to learn music theory. Some people just want to play their favourite band! I'm happy to speed up or slow down at your own pace.
