About Irene
I worked in a preschool in a private boarding school for four years throughout my studying for my Degree in Early Years and Childhood Studies. I had been the Lead Practitiioner of the Early Years Team for the last year.

I taught staff through role modelling and giving short presentations on the scientific theory behind practice including the characteristics of effective learning. I taught observational skills, scaffolding children's learning and behaviour management techniques when working with preschool children (including children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)). I also remained available for one to one coaching and mentoring.
