About Lindsey
"Dry textbooks often fail to capture the friction of market forces until you see them in action. Sitting through 10 years of experience in quantitative finance has taught me that intuition matters more than memorized formulas.
I blend my MSc Financial Mathematics and BSc CS background to break down essay structure, inflation and unemployment, and microeconomics for Year 11-12 students. We bridge the gap between game theory basics and macroeconomics by focusing on exam technique and international trade. Understanding GDP and national income or fiscal policy requires a grip on data response technique that I have refined over a decade of tutoring. My own path from student to quant informs how I treat each session."
