My Teaching method is video calling and interacting with my students weekly and step by step interacting with them so that they can open with me and it's like a friendship session. Including various stress-relieving exercises.
I try to understand the core algorithm of the problem which is looping in your brain and creating a gate into your mind to break that logic with logic and help you to manage better, grow better, think straight and give up all of your harmful energies and bring your life back to you. I am motivating you for your own Will power to take a stand for what you deserve not what you became.
