About Luke
I am an undergraduate physics student at Imperial College London. I have always been passionate and enthusiastic about maths - I find it incredible how many secrets of the universe can be revealed through some surprisingly simple calculations, and I am interested in tutoring because I can't wait to share these amazing skills with people who are willing to learn. I'd love the opportunity to become more experienced in the field of tutoring, as I see teaching as one of the most important skills to have.

If you choose me as your tutor I'll work hard to ensure the teaching style suits your preferred way of learning, ensuring you can work at your own pace. I have good experience with maths and further maths from GCSE to A-Level. I'm now studying physics at Imperial College London, where I practise and implement these skills on a day-to-day basis. I'm more than happy to help with any topic you may be struggling with, or just to help you expand your knowledge. My experience with maths includes:
Gold award in the intermediate and senior UKMT challenges;
Grade 9 in GCSE maths;
Grade 9 in GCSE further maths;
Grade A* in A-Level maths;
Grade A* in A-level further maths;
Average 81% in 1st year physics at ICL (which is extremely maths-based).

As a fellow student at top institution Imperial College London, I can say that Luke not only is a top student in the cohort, but is also an excellent teacher.
He is very calm and extremely quick to come up with intuitive ways to describe things.This tutor is very patient when it comes to explaining difficult concepts. He's also super organised with planning and scheduling sessions, all in all very helpful for my studies.
