Hi! I'm Mirakbar, a University of Birmingham student currently studying in the UAE, and I scored 8.0 overall on IELTS.
I know how stressful IELTS preparation can be because I've been through the process myself. My goal is not just to teach you English, but to help you understand exactly what IELTS examiners are looking for and how to improve your score efficiently.
My lessons are personalised to your current level and target score. We can focus on:
• Speaking: fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, confidence, and realistic speaking practice
• Writing: essay structure, ideas, grammar, vocabulary, and detailed feedback
• Reading & Listening: strategies, time management, and common question types
• Full IELTS preparation: a structured plan covering all four sections
I especially enjoy working with students who are aiming for Band 6.5, 7.0, 7.5 or higher.
My teaching style is practical, friendly, and focused on real improvement. You'll get plenty of speaking practice, clear explanations, personalized feedback, and strategies you can immediately apply in the exam.
