About Jesim Onyx
I am an Engineer graduate from IIT BHU. I have been involved in teaching since the last two years. I have good fundamental knowledge and also can teach my students from the basics which would enable them to crack many entrance exams.

I believe in the visualization method of teaching. I show a lot of photos and videos to help students grasp things easily. I encourage students to verbally express their ideas which would in return give them self-confidence. I go from the basics while teaching and also ask thought-provoking questions which would inspire my students to think for themselves and become more independent learners. I ensure none of my students is left behind and will implement an effective behaviour management strategy. I will also try to involve in professional development teaching to my students. I will always correlate each topic with another and also give them practical real-life examples to show them how what is there in a book works in daily life and make their studies more intersting and enjoying.
