A recent Illustration graduate, completing with a 2:1. Given basic drawing skills in the past to young people with Speech, Language and communication needs, Young Carers and younger family members who are on a wide range of different artistic levels. I would teach basic drawing skills to get them used to their medium, then go on to learn about colour theory before exploring and experimenting with different mediums, setting up mini briefs for them to follow to get them into the mindset of an artist/illustrator.
