About Nicholas
As a tutor at secondary school to pupils of the age of 11 to 16, I maintained this role for 2 years and successfully assisted pupils to achieve improved grades and enthusiasm towards their subject. Tutoring over 40 students in total, in 1-1 and 1-20 environments, I developed my interpersonal skills and explanation techniques to ensure an in depth and exciting understanding of the subject. I believe my knowledge and enthusiasm, coupled with a friendly personality and empathy, allow me to clearly and concisely explain material to my tutee to successfully develop their abilities in that subject.

Hi there, I am currently completing my undergraduate degree in Bioengineering at the world's leading university in this field of study, Imperial College London. My passions are in maths and physics and I love having the possibility to share my knowledge and assist in developing enthusiasm in students and tutees. Having been a tutor with my school and completing a UKCC squash coach certificate, I have developed an ability to create a calm and efficient learning environment to help my tutees achieve their desired goal and enjoying doing so. Originating from Edinburgh, Scotland I have English as my first language and family holidays have given me a proficiency in French as well.
