About Leslie
I get great satisfaction from watching my students excel. It's a win-win situation. I have been doing murals customised to my clients preferences for 24 years and have recently started private lessons within people's home and in retirement communities. Teaching is a passion for me. I have studied art at varios places including the University of California at Berkeley, UC Davis, the California College of Arts And Crafts. I have been practicing drawing and painting as long as I can recall. I love to teach, I hold a duel degree in Special and Elementary Education. I taught in public schools for 3 years. I do facepainting, murals, and private art lessons for any age. I am patient and often find it nice to let the student lead with his or her ability if they have practiced art in their past, or I give step by step instructions to the newcomer.
