About Amber
I’m a classically trained pianist with over 10 years of playing experience and a Grade 8 ABRSM Distinction, currently studying at diploma level. I’ve performed at venues including Warwick Arts Centre and in Ghent, Belgium, and will be a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain in 2026. I was also recognised with the Charles Barrat Award for my contributions to music. I have work experience delivering music in primary school classrooms as well as leading activities in community settings, which has strengthened my ability to make lessons engaging for young learners. Teaching piano allows me to share the joy and creativity I’ve found in music, while helping each student build confidence and grow at their own pace.

My piano lessons are engaging, confidence-boosting, and tailored to each student’s needs. I combine practical playing with music theory, listening skills, and creative activities to help students build strong technique and a real love for music. All lessons are in person and available in 30, 45, or 60 minutes, depending on age, focus, and experience. I teach children and teens from complete beginners to Grade 8, whether learning for fun, preparing for exams, or improving performance skills. I’m early in my teaching journey, which means I bring fresh energy, patience, and a supportive approach to every lesson. My goal is to make each session encouraging, productive, and enjoyable so students are excited to learn each week.
