About Ince
I am a dedicated music theorist with experience teaching students both online and in person. I began studying music at the age of six, starting with piano before expanding into mixed percussion and music theory. I have recently completed my Grade 8 Music Theory qualification and have written a 10,000-word research essay exploring the definition of music. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others develop a deeper understanding of music theory, which is why I have joined Superprof to offer one-to-one tutoring. I hope to de-mystify the traditionalist perception of music as a high art, but rather as something that anyone with an interest can pick up and begin learning instantly.

I teach music theory in a one-to-one format, drawing on experience from both online and in-person tutoring. My lessons are suitable for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of music theory, whether you’re preparing for exams or simply exploring the subject out of interest. Sessions typically last between thirty minutes and an hour, and I tailor the structure to each student, either progressing by topics or focusing on areas that need reinforcement to ensure strong comprehension. I will help a student anytime I am free and keep up with their pace, regardless of the difficulty.
