Explain different yoga styles and poses to over 100 students by conducting online classes during the covid‑19 lockdown phase. Motivate clients to achieve their personal fitness goals through developing and modifying routines. Teach student correct postures to ensure maximum benefit and safety. Provide guided meditation at the beginning and end of each class to help students center themselves and get the most out of each session. Work with students of all body types and fitness levels to develop customized programs and positional adjustments that increase skill, fitness, and well‑being. Give students in‑depth understanding of breathing techniques. Pay attention to the needs of every student throughout each class. Develop safe and effective yoga exercise programs for each class members.
