About Jonny
I am an extremely committed & dedicated coach, holding the UEFA A & Elite Youth A License alongside a Masters Degree in Performance Football Coaching. I've just finished my third season coaching in the Youth Development phase at Notts County (U13-16), in which I've also spending a lot of time working in the Foundation Phase (U9-U12). My time at Notts has had me working in & across a range of environments to Cat. 1-3, and with players pushing on from the academy to gaining scholarships / playing first team football.
Partnered with my previous experience working in a range of other grassroots / non-league settings, I have an adaptable skillset where I can offer appropriate training for all abilities. I initially got into coaching at a young age through playing Futsal and eventually beginning to coach it. Even though my primary focus today is football, I ensure to provide a player centred approach, where players feel comfortable and able to express themselves.
I am also qualified to Level 3 in scouting / match analysis, so able to support players in these areas should you desire - Please contact to discuss.
Previous experience: PFSA trial events, Southampton Regional Talent Centre, Wycombe Wanderers FC in the Community, Eastleigh FC Youth Teams / Academy, Step 5-7 Non-League Football, Brazilian Soccer Schools, Challenger Sports (USA) summer camps and a range of grassroots clubs.
Study visits: Chelsea FC, Fulham FC, S.L Benfica, Phuket FC (Thailand)

Session content will be dependant on what you are specifically seeking to improve in your game. Following initial contact we can establish what you're wanting to focus on, from which I'll design individualised sessions for your development.
Both small group and one-to-one coaching is available.
Performance analysis can also be provided should you be able to obtain and provide match footage.
