About Damião
Golf is my sport of choice.
In addition to other sports, I have been playing golf for many years and I am happy to pass on the knowledge I acquired during my training.
I belonged to the Portuguese golf federation for two years.

Lessons lasting 1, 1.30 or 2 hours are ideal for those who want to start playing golf.
Included are 50 balls in the 1 hour lesson and 100 balls in the 2 hour value.
If you don't have irons, you can use mine.
During this time you will be able to train at your leisure on the driving range, I will help you with all the technical details and we will also be able to train on the green and in the bunker.
The golf course will depend on your area of residence.
In Cascais I recommend Quinta da Marinha and in Lisbon Jamor.
