I am a proffesional working drummer and have been playing the kit for 19 years. After studying music performance and production at university, I would love to share all the information & love I have gathered over many years of playing.

I always think the best way of teaching is to really understand how your student best accepts the information. There isn't one way of teaching someone, I always try and keep things fun alongside training the ear and the brain to create the top drummer.

Karl is a fantastic drummer and all-round musician. Having worked with him several times in various bands, I've had the full "Karl Stix Experience" and I'd recommend him to anyone learning drums! He gave me three lessons recently on funk and pop drumming (I'm a rusty beginner on the drums having not played in years) and I picked up so much - he's an expert on different styles, and explains everything really clearly and enthusiastically.
