About Nikola
I have been working in the tech space in many different industries for well over a decade. I have delivered everything from internal tools and demos to global scale systems, some of which you may have used yourself! I have built things like websites, data processing pipelines, price optimisation models, and high-volume customer facing applications. I have worked in many areas such as software engineering, DevOps, security, architecture, org design, and business leadership. I have always had a passion for technology and conveying complex topics to people in a digestible and relatable format.

Given people's needs on the software engineering journey are very varied I prefer to tailor the lessons to the individual. Happy to do lessons of almost any length, but usually I recommend at least an hour to give us time to dive sufficiently deep into both theory and get hands-on with some practical work. We can approach any specific subject in whatever style works best for you, whether it be more prescriptive lecture style or a more collaborative and exploratory discussion and co-working. Suitable for juniors and seniors alike. Whether you are learning the basics, trying to figure out recursion, hoping to understand system design trade-offs better, or wanting to explore different ways to align your technical strategy to the wider organisational needs - I am happy to help. All ages welcome.
