About Anton
I'm Anton. I've got a good 10 years plus tutoring both kids and adults life skills....and I've skated since I can remember. I'm now 35 and played university ice, inline and field hockey to a high standard. I still pursue fitness and love to skate. The beach promenade is one of my favourites between the piers, but I also love street hockey. Finally, I'm a husband and Dad of 4, so my patience is on point...so your skating can develop. I like to organise group skating and bring students together to meet like minded people. If you'd like to have joint lessons that's not a problem.

Hi, Lessons are tailored to you. If you're an absolute beginner we'll start with the basics, making sure safety is priority, check over your kit, then get you up rolling. If you can move around we'll look at turning and controlled stops...after that comes skating with confidence at speed. Then, if you've got the above dialled we can go into backwards skating and turning, including stops! Finally, let's take a look at skid stops, some flat tricks, then why not some hockey. Alternatively, I can offer fitness skating sessions which will make your legs burn and heart pump. And if you just would like some company skating down the beach or test the commute route to work I can help you there too. Pretty much tell me what you'd like to achieve and let's do it!

Perfect! Meet Anton for 3 roller skating lessons, he was very good and would highly recommend him, I will definitely be booking more lessons

Perfect! Anton was amazingly patient with my 16 year old autistic son and earned his trust quickly. Sam's skating has improved with just one lessons and we're planning the next lesson already.
- Met Lucy and her son Sam for the first time yesterday, what a lovely family! Sam took to his skates for the 3rd time, making exceptional effort and by the end of the session rolled along independently of any help! What a super star. Perfect! Other than the complete loss of dignity (which, was kinda to be expected with my first time on roller skates) the session was lots of fun! My wife and I spent nearly as much time laughing as we did almost crashing and burning at the feet of nearby spectators. All in all Anton is a super cool coach with a great easy-going personality. I'll book another session next time I'm down in Bournemouth.

Anton is a superb teacher and skater, and has given me countless tips on how to improve my technique, and adapt my skating for inline hockey also.
I have videos of Anton roller skating 20 years ago. He demonstrated some awesome skills. Better still, he has the communication skills to pass on that knowledge and experience. Give him a go!
