About Jonny
I began my martial arts journey way back in the 1980’s by studying Go Ju Ryu Karate before later picking up on Wing Chun and attaining the level of black sash back in 2006. I have been teaching the system since 2010 and have taught on a full-time basis, as my main occupation since 2012. In more recent years I have spent a great deal of time training Filipino stick fighting (Kali/Escrima/Arnis) with the “Dog Brothers” and I am a member of the Dog Brothers tribe. I have earned the moniker of C-Rum Dog by fighting across Europe in “Gathering of the Pack” events (events with no age categories, no weight divisions and no rules except “be friends at the end of the day”). Don't let this detract however from the fact that I am a very friendly & approachable instructor. I currently hold the level of blue tag under Benjamin “Lonely Dog” Rittiner (Head of Dog Brothers Europe) in the Lonely variation of Dog Brothers Martial Arts.

I offer well tested, syllabus beased tuition that aims to make learning simple and fun. Sessions are typically an hour long and run at a speed that is comfortable for you. Tuition is ideally suited to students working in pairs however solo tuiton is possible.
I am happy to teach students from absolute beginner up to experienced practitioners. I accept students from age 16 upwards.
