About Carter
With 16 years of experience as a violin tutor, I have worked with school students, college students, and working professionals from various backgrounds. I enjoy helping students grow not only as musicians but also as confident and disciplined individuals.
My teaching philosophy is centered on flexibility and student-focused learning. I understand that every learner has different goals, so I adapt my lessons to provide the best learning experience possible. I believe that music education should be enjoyable, motivating, and rewarding.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have helped many students strengthen their techniques and gain confidence in their abilities. One of my most rewarding achievements has been seeing students continue their musical journey with passion and dedication.

My teaching style combines compassion, good communication, and supportive guidance. I believe learning music should be enjoyable and stress-free. I always listen to my students' needs and design lessons that match their skill level and personal goals.
During violin lessons, I focus on proper technique, note reading, rhythm, intonation, and musical expression. I explain concepts in simple language and provide examples that are easy to understand. Students are encouraged to ask questions and learn at their own pace.
I provide continuous support and positive encouragement to help students overcome challenges. I believe mistakes are a natural part of learning, and I help students turn those mistakes into opportunities for improvement.
In addition to violin, I also teach related subjects such as music theory, ear training, sight reading, and beginner music appreciation. These subjects help students strengthen their overall musical foundation.
My aim is to help students become confident, independent learners while developing both technical skills and a love for music.
