Ahoy!
I am currently an Optometry Intern at All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
I started teaching only five months ago as I was requested by many to teach Physics, in which many medical aspirants face difficulties as they're not from a Mathematics background; guess what you need not be for clearing any medical entrance exam!

I break the chapters into chunks, so that students don't feel like they're studying Mahabharata or something.
It has innumerable benefits;
Firstly, the student doesn't get bored, being the primary aspect.
Second, the student can almost instantly catch the area in which he's lacking some concept clarity and work on that specifically, rather than going through the WHOLE chapter again and again.
Doubts sessions is essential the same level as concept understanding.
I make sure the capable students put hard work and efforts to the fullest, as these are the only two things required for NEET or AIIMS!
