Ion is one of the most trustworthy, patient and personable teachers I have ever met. Not only does he give ample time necessary so that his students can ask questions but to reiterate, the man has the patience of a Saint. He is also extremely encouraging to his students. No matter a persons ability level on piano, when someone demonstrates what they have learned, he will always be there with praise when a scale is memorised correctly or a note and its value and name is spoken right. As a beginner of piano in adulthood, ion is very good at breaking things down for me when I am not getting it abd is just always very prepared with good, thorough essy to understand lesson plans and makes it fun.
