About Thomas
over the past two years athletes i have coached athletes that have gone on to win significant races at national level. One such athlete has recently broken two world records on the concept 2 rowing machine. Last year i coached a group of 8 junior boys to success. This coaching and knowledge can be translated over to single clients.

I coach rowing and weightlifting to junior athletes and am looking to move into gym goers and athletes of other sports. My aim is to help you with your fitness and sport goals. Whether that be in the gym or for pure sports performance I can help you reach your potential in these areas. Wether it may be for weight loss, weight gain, strength gain, fitness increase or if you fancy being coached how to row properly i can be of assistance. I can coach you at a gym, at home or in public areas.
